The quote, you get what you pay truly applies with this motel. It also lives to its reputation of a cockroach motel. I cannot begin to tell you how many cockroaches I killed during my one night stay. The room was disgusting. The carpet was stained and nasty. Blankets on the beds had cigarette burns on them. Towels were ragged and nasty with burnt ends on them. Bathroom sink was nasty and discolored. Walls has holes on them and there was no way to secure the door with a lock chain. Trash van was never emptied from previous guest which goes to show, the rooms were never cleaned between guests turnover. Smoke detector was broken. So I heard the beep all night. To top it all, the motel was in a questionable area. Staff at night was friendly and helpful. If the Health Department were to come by and see this, I would imagine the place would be condemned. It’s nearly uninhabitable. I would never come back to this place nor recommend it to anyone unless you’re looking for a cheap place to stay with considerable sacrifices.

The old saying you get what you pay for is always true. This place is cheap and the rooms show you why it is cheap. The staff is friendly. The rooms are not very nice. Walls and doors are stained. The bathroom floor in our room around the toilet was not finished. The bottom parts of the walls have holes or have separated from the floor, thus roaches do come in to stay as well. The vanity was stained, the bed covers to me were not completely white! The top bed cover had cigarette burns. The front door peep hole was broken. Not top latch to close the door. I certainly believe this place was once a good place to stay but now it appears that it will need major renovations. Sadly I can not recommend this place. And I will not be back. Hope they can get it together.

I visited this place by bringing a friend to stay as he needed a hotel stay. When I dropped him off I saw the room and it was horrible. The bottom drawer of the nightstand in between the two beds was broken. When I went to open the drawer the whole front piece came off, was just pushed in to make it look like it was a working drawer. Walked into the bathroom and the shower curtain was completely warped down, something I have never seen in such a way, and rusted. There was a bad smell in the room as well. When I looked at the mini AC to check it due to the smell, I realized that the whole front plastic surrounding the vents was bulging out it was broken. There is also tarps on the roof due to some type of recent year I would assume, rain damage possibly from the prior hurricane. The internet says 35 a night, doesn't state only be deal, and when you get there and are ready to pay it is not 35 it is 80 with a requirement of a 20$ deposit as well. This price does Not match the quality of this hotel by Any means! This is Unfair to The Ppl of this world and our specific area of Kissimmee for vacationers or anyone else who may live in the area or need a place, homeless or otherwise. It is Unacceptable to be charging that kind of price, even Clearwater doesn't charge this and that's an example off of a popular area in Clearwater Ulmerton Rd. Pls lower your prices stick to what the internet says of No More than 30 a night and no deposit. That is all this hotel should cost by fact anything more is a Scam. God bless. If you have family or children pls p not go here as it would not be suitable for you.

If you're a fan of bedbugs,Roach covered walls, and staff that treats you like an inconvenience, you'll love it here. If you enjoy flooded rooms due to busted shower pipes, this is the location for you, crack pipes under the bed, one bulb to move around the many lamps that might not work, A Tv with 20 fuzzy channels, an AC that doesn't put a chill in the room, oh boy are you in for a treat, This place shouldn't be charging anyone to stay here,it should be Condemned, I never expect five star quality from a two-star hotel but This is a no star hotel, you're better off sleeping in a port~a~potty
