DO NOT BOOK Reina hotel, Lola hotel or Laila hotel! They all fail to meet even minimum sanitary standards and are scammers. Regardless of which hotel you book, they will accommodate you in any of these hotels, so read reviews of all of them. We booked a triple room at Reina hotel and were accommodated at Lola hotel. The were two good things about the room: location and a kettle that works (no mugs anyway). Everything is the room was either broken or dirty and broken. The main problem was hygiene. No blankets were provided, bed linen had a lot of stains, all the surfaces were dirty and full of dust and mold. They were doing a daily cleaning that was nothing more than making a bed. They even lifted dirty towels off the floor to put them on the bed again instead of changing them. The bed was broken too, with a U-shaped mattress. We left after 3 days after having booked them for 6 days. The guy at the reception didn't have any objections about sanitary claims and told us that we would be refunded by Agoda. We left. Unfortunately, when we reached out to Agoda, they failed to negotiate a refund with the hotel as the hotel disagreed with the refund.

The room was infested with bed bugs. Sadly, the management knew about it, but nevertheless rented the room out. We had to check out at the first night, after getting eaten by the bugs. I do not recommend anyone to rent a room here. The toilets are dirty, the space under the beds was very dirty, too. It is not worth a penny.

The humidity in the room is unbearable so we had to pay extra money to get a room slightly less humid. The mattress is very bad and uncomfortable. The toilet is very unclean. The cleaners are underage. The location is not bad but not easy to reach by walk with luggage. I definitely do not recommend it.

Everything dirty!!! There i see 3 lady for cleaning but nobody clean. Everywhere dust, mold. Windows no was clean from the moment they instal windows. I never in my life see a place so dirty and with so bad smell! I will never recomand this place! I no understand why booking as with booking haved rezervation and other sites no block as scam as picture is not reality you will meet there! A trash hotel!0
