The location is great, just next to Westgate mall close to the express way. The place could be very fancy but it appears that the finition of the works was below standard. The windows do not close properly, the curtains are not helpful when shielding from the outside light. The place is also rather loud due to poor insulation. There is a kitchen but it came totally empty, no tools, no plates, no glasses... For less money I'd found better close by. Service was helpful and trying to bridge the gaps. The place might be fun if you are able to sleep with full light and have time enough to equip the kitchen. For a short time stay I'll better go to a full scale hotel next time

When searching for a decent accommodation at a reasonable price, I couldn't imagine Landmark Suites could fit my search. Guys, this is the best place to stay if you want to be in a calm location, around shopping malls and prestigious hotels. I highly recommend it. However, they need to make their landline work, as they are unreachable from abroad. In addition, they can do better on the room cleanings 🧹 and on their service in general.

Very tight apartment building with no green space and barely any parking space. It's not a hotel. Amenities such as pool and gym are cramped and dated. My apartment was a good size but in need of care. Kitchen had very limited utensils. Their washing machine did not work. Bathroom fixtures need to be replaced and also cleaned properly. Water leaks out of the shower. Looks old and dirty. Curtains and pillows had stains on them. Some of our towels were ripped, couldn't believe they could give those to guests. Management needs to be professionally trained on hotel management to better understand customer cleanliness standards. The pics on the website are not a proper reflection of the facility, it is far from a luxury property as they try to reflect. My travel agent tried to convince me not to stay here but I insisted due to the location. Will not be staying here in the future. Staff was nice but service for breakfast was very slow. Within walking distance to Westgate mall are the only pros.
