Great rooms, really high ceilings made them feel spacious. All staff were fantastic, the only issue I found was they shut the pool bar at 6.30pm or whenever it rains, which for Singapore in summer is almost everyday, even if it's only for 20 mins, the majority of the time it was closed. They are also in the process of shutting down the souvenir store so minimal stock and there is no longer a kids club. The gym looked good and the pool was huge including a lap pool. The highlight was the view, location and buffet breakfast open till 11am!

Had a staycation with my mom and kids. Had a greenery outside view with cable cars. The room is big with 2 queen size beds and 1 pull out bed (which was discovered by my kid). Didn't like the wooden floor as it can be quite cold if we lower the temperature of the air con. 1 of the lighting at my room was not lighted up when we tried out how the lighting is like. The kids love the pools as they have quite a few types of pools - pool with sand, kids pool, jacuzzi etc. The breakfast spread is so so. As we went for a swim at the pool with sand, we requested for a make up of the room as the floor was filled with sand, but they never came even we make a call requesting for it before we head out for dinner. They compensate us with free breakfast till the end of our stay. It will be even better if they can provide bed room slippers for kids as well.

The room we booked was spacious, which plenty of amenities. Location is okay with a shuttle bus service allowing easy travelling around. However, the room was not very clean, with a very strong ammonia (urine) smell in both the bed area and bathroom. Housekeeping was not efficient as we asked them on 2 seperate occasions to clean the room, and they replied that they would do so "later". However, they never did. Pity.

On 21 Jan 2024 at about 3.40pm, my family and I arrived at Hard Rock Singapore for our planned staycation. An Indian staff asked my husband, "Are you here for delivery?" Firstly - I am thinking hard. By driving my family car with kids and luggage. Do we look like a family coming to Hard Rock Singapore for DELIVERY? Secondly - Should all of us dress up in clothes with giant DIOR prints and carry LV trunks to show that we are entitled guests of Hard Rock Singapore Thirdly- Being a front line staff of Hard Rock Hotel. There is no basic greeting of "Good Afternoon". I want to show my greatest appreciation to this staff for making my FIRST AND LAST stay in Hard Rock Singapore truly extremely MEMORABLE

Came here for a staycation. Check in was smooth and fast. The doorman was very welcoming however the reception somehow lack that hospitality factor. Although not rude, but lack that warmth. However the amenities in the room and the view made up for what is lacking. The wardrobe is impressive! It is accessible from the front and also from the toilet! Ample amenities were supplied. Only the quality of the toothbrush is not great. The rest are still acceptable. Room size is also not big but doesn’t feel cramped. The lighting in the room is something they may have to work on. Despite having a light directly above the work table. It’s still not bright enough. One cannot fault them on cleanliness of the room. Overall, it’s a good place to have a staycation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This hotel offers only one complimentary free parking per day so to access to other parts of Sentosa, one had to use the monorail which is a down point compared to Amara Sanctuary and One Degree 15 which offer unlimited free entry and exit throughout one’s stay. You may not want to consider this hotel if you like to use the car to travel around the island.
