Our room was great! It had a very spacious bathtub and a comfy bed. The hotel is also pet friendly (at a rate of 20 euros per night) and offers breakfast for all guests. Overall, a great price for money!

The hotel is about 15 min tram ride away from the center. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Awesome, plentiful breakfast, great selection of foods. Fast WiFi. The hotel is not centrally located, but public transportation is pretty good, and the attractions are just a short tram ride away.

Unhelpful staff, breakfast was good but many things were missing and you had to ask the staff several times to fill the containers, don't understand the apathy, I would expect them to fill it themselves and check every now what's missing but not only they didn't do that they were not helpful when asked, had to stand next to the kitchen door and wait for help. A light in our room did not work, the hotel seems a bit abandoned to be honest. The good thing is how close this hotel is to Zagreb center and the airport.
