One of the worst hotel in the world, first of all I took to them throw booking If there is a possibility to cancel the reservation as I had an emergency, they offered to change the date but first I have to cancel the reservation in booking. I did that and I received a confirmed email from the hotel.. a days later, they sent a cancellation email, i took to “elina” and she said by mistake and I will confirmed your booking. Before 3 days from the booking date I took to Elina if I can pay for an extra bed or upgrade the room because we are 3 now, she responded in rude way and un Unprofessional and without flexibility, she said there is no room or suite available and the room is not allowed to 3. I confirmed the booking for 2 and I said I will see what to do with the third. He will not sleep in the room. Maybe racially motivated or un understanding English, Elina cancel my reservation!! In that simple! I tried to call them, sent email they blocked me! They answered before the block that I insisted to have the room for 3! (I have a screen shoots for the conversation). By the way before that my brother and 2 sisters were there in the hotel and they book a room for 2.. Elina offered an extra bed to them!!!!! A hotel based on a racist and rude employee, She refuses any discussion or even communication with the administration.. They stole my money, canceled my non-refundable reservation, and defrauded me with the trick of canceling it from booking and contact with them directly! Don’t book in this hotel.

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely hotel. The feeling was that we have a villa in Marbella and we came to our home away from home. I really do not understand people who make negative comments about location, it is not in the center or not by the sea coast. When decided where to stay - the location’ preferences is yours. On the contrary, we really like it is located on the mountain. The golf course we came for is only 2 minutes away; to the beach it takes 7 minutes by car; to get to the old center of Marbella you spend 15 minutes. Thanks to all the staff who took care of us like part of the family. We'll be back for sure.

Beautiful location on the hill with a scenic view of the Mediterranean. Quiet and relaxing with pool with well kept garden and lounges. Well furnished and spacious rooms, each with a big bathroom. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. The breakfast served on the terrace is a real treat! Definitely coming back!

We arrived quite late because of our flight but the welcome was very warm and friendly. As Bali is my favorite place in the world and Marbella is my favorite place in Europe, I couldn't hope to find these two atmospheres together again thanks to this wonderful hotel. The scenery is amazing and makes us travel to the other side of the world. Everything is absolutely perfect. The outdoor terrace has all the amenities you need. A lounge, deck chairs, a nice decoration and a pool with sea views. The breakfast is very diverse and well prepared. We feel that the food is fresh and homemade. I recommend this place for nature lovers wishing to be close to the sea, the mountains and city (Marbella, Estepona, Mijas, etc). The location of this hotel can not be better than that. Thank you for your amazing kindness
