Wonderful hotel! Highly recommend - greeted by lovely staff members and smiles throughout the hotel - Room was well thought out, spacious and clean. We received various toiletries and slippers - Intimate breakfast setting, food was great and there was freshly made coffee by lovely staff - No hidden costs and allowed us to pay in advance - Close to the train station and many highly rated restaurants - can walk anywhere! - Room was thoroughly cleaned each day! - The service and staff here are so kind and lovely! I highly recommend 😌

A great location and walking distance from the train station. However, the hotel has a bad smell. We stayed for 2 nights in January 2024 and had to keep the window open to get fresh air for the bad smell. The room is clean but the bathroom is extremely small and has no counter space. The hotel is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, especially with the very narrow hallway, maze turns and steps to get to the room.

Amazing, literally walk out of the Santa Novella Train station across the road and walk for 1 minute and you are there. Lovely, modern interior which is clean and tidy. Staff are so helpful if you need help with anything. Our room had a balcony and was quite big. On the more expensive side, but definitely worth it. 10/10 would recommend!!!
