A bit outside of the town and about a 30 minute walk to the old town. Bikes for rental free of charge would make it a 10 min ride instead. Located in a fairly quiet area. Staff is very friendly and makes this stay worth it! There is probably hotels of better standard in the area, but find it hard to believe that you will get such hands on service as you would experience at this hotel. We were greeted by the car on arrival (that the hotel arranged) and given so much great guidance on what to do in the city. Among, we were given the details of a local tailor worth visiting. The breakfast options where you select the dish the day before is also better than we expected. Would highly recommend the banana pancake! The room was as expected. Had some issues with the door not locking properly and the power disconnecting due to the card slot being a bit difficult. Not a major issue and was easily fixed by ourselves.

We stayed at The Nam An Vila for more than 2 weeks and loved everything about it. The staff are kind, helpful and always cheerful, the room was lovely, clean airy and light, and so was the pool (cold at times but that's to be expected and so very clean). We didn't mind having to choose breakfast the previous day, or the fact that the pool was near the lobby. It still felt quite private. The only downside (although it did not bother us) is the lack of an elevator and there are only 2 rooms on the ground floor- this might be a downside if you can't /find it difficult to climb many stairs as there are 4 floors. Great value for money and the location was also good (20-30 minute walk to the old town- so not noisy and not too out of the way. ) If you take Grab it will be around 33,000 VND which is around a £1. They also offer bikes (I believe for free ) but we didn't use them. It is around the same distance to the beach, so we found it great to be in between both. There are also some amenities within a short walk of the villa such as restaurants, coffee places, spas and 2 gyms. I also saw that opposite the hotel they offer lantern making classes so you don't always have to make your way to town to experience this. We would definitely stay again!

Everything about the Nam An Villa was wonderful! From the cheerful receptionist Anna and her staff who were most helpful, to the lovely rooms that were as beautiful as they were comfortable, the breakfast was custom made for each one. The location was perfectly set between the paddy fields and old down with a short ride to the beach. They offered us bicycles for free to rent and ride and when we had a problem they were there to attend to us. They were most accommodating and we had a wonderful time. We even did a workshop that they recommended! I would recommend this place highly and definitely revisit when in Hoi An next!

Location: Around 1.5 km away from Hoi An old town, but they provide free bicycles, so you can use them and ride around. Rooms: No elevator. They have four floors. The rooms have a proper balcony only if they are facing the road. For all other rooms, it's like a sitout outside the room, and pool view. The deluxe rooms are on the fourth floor. The rooms are similar to the pictures. Service: The service is really good. The lady staff managing the reception are so efficient and friendly. Breakfast: They have a fixed menu for breakfast from which each person has to choose an item. They keep fruits, croissants, tea, coffee, etc from which we can choose and have. They also keep two types of juices both of which are not good. Pool: The pool is small and on the ground floor.
