I enjoyed my stay with the Nest. I find your Breakfast absolutely phantastic, I stayed with you for a week and could not get tired of your top quality breakfast! I will be in Kigali for long, and if my budget would have permitted I certainly would have stayed with you all through. The offer to be massaged by a very special massage therapist exhibits that you are a pretty different outfit. Well done! The rooms could be slightly better lightened, and some decor wouldn't be a waste either. A VERY good place to stay at in Kigali!

I had a great time with The Nest and I would describe it as a very wonderful place to live. It's a warm welcoming and friendly space to stay from the entrance to saying goodbye to them. They are very flexible and what I loved most was breakfast, massage and It was hard to leave the place. Normally it's wifi password details everything "nestisbest" If I could recall the name of one person would be Binta 🙌 who is very welcoming. Thank you I wish I would stay with you ❤️

The hotel was beautiful, located in a quiet area away from noise that feels very safe. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I had a few issues with the room on my second night but they changed me to another room and accommodated my requests, after that everything went perfect! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, shower is good and hot water is nice. The buffet breakfast has plenty of options and they prepare dishes to order, from pancakes to omelette and fresh juices, really delicious! Wifi works well. Located only about 10 min walk from the convention centre. Communication with staff through booking was prompt and easy. Highly recommend this hotel, I stayed for 8 nights and didn't want to leave!! It has a very peaceful and relaxing feel for being in a busy city.

For me it's not a Boutique Guesthouse. I needed to stay longer in Kigali than expected. The breakfast average, could be improved. Never had the chance to enjoy a Vanilla cake, the bread wasn't always fresh, little things which, with some fantasy, could make big changements! Some of the staff were great, some, you felt kind of disturbing when you asked some questions. Maybe here, some training would be advisable! But its still a good spot, as near to everything.
