Currently staying 4 nights here. Cool decor and the place has potential but it seems to be falling apart and nobody cares. Two espresso machines, both broke down yesterday, only one there today and it broke down. The room is okay, but the faucet is falling off the sink, the towel hook is falling off the wall. The place is still full of Christmas decorations, nobody even motivated to take them down.

Stayed in R-109 when we checked in. Safety box was out of battery, air-con was not cold, heater of the shower was not functioning. The staffs took prompt actions on resolving these problems. Instead of fixing one after another, they just changed and upgraded the room for us. Staffs were nice and helpful. Hotel is surrounded by lots of coffee shops, massages, restaurants and convenient stores. Easy to access to these places by walking. Swimming pool was nice, coming with couple of sun beds. I didn’t have the breakfast, but I saw plenty of selections on the food counter. I would recommend these hotel in a reasonable price, if you are planning to stay in Nimman, Chiang Mai.

The Nimmnan Hotel was a great choice to say in. It’s a cute boutique hotel. Clean room, great service, and conveniently located. The workers always had a smile on their faces and helped answer any questions I had. Also, i highly recommend the hotel breakfast, using the laundry service if needed, and getting your hair done at the salon downstairs. The pool was amazing. Would definitely be back.

Do not stay here. They completely violated my family's privacy. My family stayed here for two nights and unfortunately had a terrible experience. We booked two rooms for 5 people and were only given one key card per room. We asked for second key card per room and were told they would not give us one. We are Thai and were able to communicate clearly so I don't think there was any misunderstanding due to language. Without a keycard in the room, the electricity goes out, leaving the AC and fridge off. After some time, the women at the front desk finally said she'd only give us a second key to ONE room. We had food in the fridge and my youngest sister needs milk stored in the fridge. We left for the day and decided we needed to leave the key cards in the room since there was no other way to keep the fridge one. We left a Do Not Disturb note on our door and they also have a "checked in" light when the keycard is in. Upon our return, we were chased down by the same front desk receptionist returning out keys to us. They had entered both rooms without permission!! They removed the keys and knew exactly who we were when we walked into the lobby. In one of the rooms they had even opened and left the fridge open. Food spoiled and privacy violated. This was so unacceptable. Find another place to stay, there are so many better places. I have never stayed at a place that would do this and would also only give ONE room key when multiple people are staying? Find somewhere else to stay! This doesn't even go into the detail of how poorly designed their bathroom is. Their pool is also not child friendly, so if you plan to visit and let your kids swim, this is not the place for them.
