This review is particularly for the unit we stayed - Rua Garrett 4A, a 2 bedroom apartment in Chiado. This would be 2 stars but I bumped it to 3 stars because this company is very responsive. Other positives are the location and the price are excellent. Don't pay more than 200 Euros (generous) a night though honestly. The bedrooms are very uncomfortable and the bathrooms are nearly not useable. One of the showers barely fits a 120 pound person, definitely not an adult. Also, the shower head was a mess. 5 of us had to use the main bathroom most of the time and it clogged Day 2. Until they came and fixed it, we had no shower. I would recommend you consider this closely before booking. Also, the washer/dryer was broken when we arrived without prior notice. They tried to fix it but when we used it, it ruined some of our clothes. Until they get a new machine, I highly recommend not even using it. I personally managed ok but my group had a very uncomfortable stay. Being right in the heart of Chiado was awesome, but overall not worth the unpleasant stay for our group.

The place is very well located at the heart of downtown Lisbon. Very convenient for many things. Despite lively activities around, the apartment becomes quite quiet when the windows are closed. It is quite remarkable that Paulo’s team has been always very responsive and helpful. Excellent host. Thanks! All the best!

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location! This apartment was a great home base for our first trip to Lisbon. It was clean, bright and roomy for 2 adults. We loved having the windows opened in the evening but when closed will keep out the city noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Located in the heart of Lisbon, right where you want to be! Just beware that there are a lot of people in that part of the city who want to stay up late and make lots of noise in the streets. So if you want to sleep this might not be the right place for you. The apartment has a lot of space which was nice for our group of 4 adults and a child. Lots of things felt in need of repair. The shower head won't stay in place without spraying water all over the bathroom. The kitchen is old and barely has what you need to get by. A few pots but no pans. I had to message and ask for a kitchen towel. Parking was a challenge and very expensive.
