What an incredible evening at the Olive Tree. Nicolina was such a darling and gracious host. Antonio treated us with care and helped us choose perfect dishes and wine. Our seats looking across the boardwalk to the sea were amazing. Incredible in every way.

The place is amazing, staff was very respectful, price is not so cheap, some items are more expensive than others, but considering everything, the place and the location, I think the experience is worth it.

Chose this place among other restaurants in the same street was mainly because of the design of the restaurant, it was elegant and classic. As I’m picky with the environment of the dining place. Nice sofas to hang out after you were tired from the heat and you have the sea in front of you. And the food was amazingly good. I chose the seafood dish. It was very fresh and well cooked. Although I was expecting a larger portion. The service was very nice of the lady named Naki. Always nice smile and welcoming. She was the main reason I wrote this review. If the other waitress could be as good as her did, I would’ve given a 5 stars. Room for improvement!

We waited at the entrance for about 10 minutes. No hostess or waiter came up to us. It was not a busy time, waiters were standing at the bar chatting. After 10 minutes, I walked to one of the waiters and asked him if we can sit anywhere or if we should wait to be seated. He assured me we can sit anywhere we want. Maybe a minute after we sat down, a hostess suddenly appeared at our table telling us we cannot sit there. Okay, no biggie, we will switch tables then. We ordered eggs benedict and their version of english breakfast. The waiter informed us that they are out of hash browns for the second dish. We asked if they can throw in an extra piece of toast instead, since they are still going to charge us full price for that meal. The waiter refused and told us that "no substitutes" is restaurant policy. The final straw was when we saw our waiter put his bare finger in someones glass and played with ice in it. He then proceeded to take this glass together with a bottle of soda and serve it to another client. He did it in plain sight, right at the bar, without any shame. He literally played with someones drink with this dirty fingers, before serving it to them. Oh and the food was bad too. Probably the saddest eggs benedict I ever had - no salt in any of the ingredients and bitter spinach. Please don't go there.
