I found our stay at Bay Breeze to be fantastic. Our flight was canceled last minute and they were more than accommodating in helping us out. The rates are good value, fantastic location and we were looked after well. The room was newly renovated and really nice. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks again for helping us out!

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days (w.e.f. 23.12.2023 till 27.12.2023). The room was spacious enough. The staffs of the restaurant are very good. Breakfast is good though there is not much choice. But one thing I felt very bad is the behavior of one senior aged lady staff in the front desk. When we were about to check out she came to our room and behaved rudely with me as the polythene bags were scattered on one corner of the floor. I repeatedly told her that both the dustbins were full and we always kept the things organised during our stay. But as we were checking out we didn't have enough time to clean the room. I even sought pardon for the mess of polythene bags on the floor( in one corner near the dustbin). But still she was rude and asked me to leave the room and go to the lobby. This is my worst experience while on a vacation. The other staffs specially the bell boy were good. #one can check a review posted about a year ago by one Abbas Rabbani who has also complained against an old lady staff in the front desk. But I have no idea whether she is the same lady who was rude to me.
