Had a great 2 night stay here. Staff were very helpful from the moment we got arrived. They provide free coffee and cold water at the Lobby. They also have laundry in the building - though we didn’t get to use but it’s nice to know if we had needed it. The hotel and rooms are extremely clean, and modern. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, but sadly not clean as you can see in the following pictures. They do not clean the floor, the bathroom had a brown disgusting thing. The floor in the room wasn't as clean either. Towels had some orange spots. Not very nice for a luxury hotel...

Why is smoking not allowed on the balcony? Makes no sense, its the first hotel for me with that rule.. Location is only good if you want to be close to the airport. 7 eleven is very convenient. Service was good, workers were nice!

One of the best hotels to stay during your trip to Phuket. Amazing staff especially Mr. Chai who will assist you in fluent English. Hotel has unlimited water which can be accessed from the lobby including complementary bread, coffee machine, toaster etc. Quick room service and amazing rooms are a plus point for the hotel. Free shuttle service to the airport after your check out as well. Highly recommended.

The hotel built at 2022, brand new! Rooms are nice and couple-friendly: beds are comfortable and proper height, lots of pillows and cushions, powered curtsins, a/c is quiet and not annoying, shower is spacious enough for two. Although the hotel doesn't serve breakfast they have a coffe machine and toasts with butter and jam. Always cold bottled water. There is 7/11 right at the door and Lotus across the street, lots of street food nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful: I asked a front desk girl to find out about some services at a bus station. She called and provided me some valuable information. Very decent English among employees. The overall design of the hotel is great and pleasant and the work performance is high quality. This hotel is built to last!
