Comfortable, surprisingly big, room. The furniture a bit 'well worn' but served its purpose. Friendly, helpful staff. A good position for getting to both the old town and Nimman - and for exploring Santitham.

We recently stayed here for a month. The staff are brilliant, so so helpful and kind. Accommodation is very good value. The only 2 downsides were we found the WiFi to not be that great, fine if you've got a hotspot to use. And the beds are very firm, so we bought a mattress topper for ours. If you're looking for quiet accommodation just outside of the old town, this could be a great option for you.

This place could be perfect but seems the owner just won't give that little bit of care that would make things right. I wanted to change rooms as my room faced very noisy road. Even though there were vacant rooms facing the quiet side I was advised this was not allowed. Pool was ok but not cleaned everyday. No pool towels provided.room was cleaned but not the fridge.staff very nice but I think management is the problem here

I am sure this was once a very nice hotel. Back in the 1980's or so. but ever sinds they forgot to maintain, or even clean it. Funfus everywhere, live electric wires, electric sockets falling appart etc. etc. We where their for 4 nights, (3 days) every day the hotel had a different excuse for why the roomservice didnt come that day. Warrenty money not refunded, office was closed at the requested time. All in all, not a bad place to stay if you dont care about health and safety.
