The Place to Be

The structure is not worth the asking price, in a state of abandonment, it could be acceptable for those who do not have many expectations. I booked in July for the end of September. With a reservation confirmed by the manager, upon arrival I learned that the reservation had been "lost". I accept a triple room with price change for two nights and the third to be done in a double room. I pay in cash because there is no option to pay with pos. I was not granted a refund for an overnight stay because the "lady", never seen or met, declared on the telephone that she does not do "charity". I tell the "lady" that before offending people she should know them. I tell the "lady" that, before worrying about her reservations, she has an obligation to worry about the structure she is offering. The photos of the structure taken and uploaded by another traveler are very eloquent but do not highlight all the shortcomings found in the structure. I tell the "lady" that the structure she proposes needs maintenance work, from the entrance door that doesn't close, to the toilet seat, to the greasy table in the kitchen, to the shelf in the bathroom, to that glass in the bathroom that shows who uses the service. I tell the "lady" that the payment receipt must be signed by the tax owner of the structure who must be present when completing it. I tell the "lady"...I'll keep this to myself....

Horrible B&B and equally run down area. Third floor without elevator. When I opened the door to my room, the handle remained in my hand. Dust everywhere. No spare slippers. Dirty towels. Wet sheets. Very bad.
