We stayed in apartment which was based in the hotel but was own by private people. Plus: we could still use all the facilities from the hotel including infinity pool with a view on KL Tower and Petronas towers, gym, roof bar. All the apartment was very clean and very spacious and modern with a beatific view on KL tower / we stayed on 26th floor/. Lady who was checking us in was very helpful and stored our luggages prior check in. We loved the apartment, bed very comfortable, no problem with water, tv working well, good WiFi, spacious bathroom, clean. We would definitely stay there again .

We booked our apartment through Airbnb. We had access to the infinity pool but not allowed to take pool towels as we were with Platinum Suites apartments. If you book via hotel side The Face Suites, you are permitted little luxuries like towels by the pool. The apartment in general was ok and not dirty, however the bed sheets looked old and not very nice. I would advise you to book these apartments via the hotel side (The Face Suites) and not Airbnb side, unless you want to get it cheaper and are not bothered by presentation of your rooms, and toiletries in the bathrooms. Over all the location is amazing, close to many shopping outlets like the KLCC and beautiful view of the city from the infinity pool day or night, except for the large building being built on the left side which obstructs the view of the Petronas Towers now from the pool. Which is a shame.

Unprofessional, unresponsibility, most horrible experience i met. Towel got blood can be happened.. staff nvr pick up call and non reply after seen msg. I got SS everything as evidence to prove. Still hold my refund. Strongly suggest don go to this company, don ever think about it. Can u imagine using towel provided got dry blood, not little bit is 20% of the towel, then management push to resposibility to laundry? Too bad experience. 1star review is too much for them.
