I was there out of season, so skeleton staff. Cleanliness of room could be improved. But not bad. No bathroom products, so bring your own. No chef on duty, so staff did their best breakfast very good evening meal bland. Overall staff good. Value for money.

I spent 3 days in this hell hole of a place. manger if u call her a manger was rude. she told me to mind my own business I should have been thrown out of the hotel like my ex partner ( he had a fight with a bar staff police were involved). I had to pay extra to get into the room early. key was lost couldn't find waited 3 hours to get into the room ask for our 10 refused. room had a musty smell went away when window was open was told it had not been use for 3 weeks by reception. very small room very difficult to move around, toilet was small couldn't wipe Yr bottom on it had to use disabled toilet on ground floor, no toilet roll, no milk, damp around shower wall,kettle needed a clean. shower was cold then hot. bar staff were never they had to wait 10-20 mins to get served they was sometimes only one person on their own had to do everything most staff were helpful but others were rude and not very helpful. also lied and told different stories to problems. food was OK view was lovely in whole would not come her again. hotel from hell really suits it .

That night manager, Callum was amazing, He was really entertaining. It was great to have a drink with him and get a really good feeling of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy the food was outstanding. Ian in the restaurant was really pleasant and good to talk to. But Callum is an asset to the hotel, and really just topped it off for us. I was feeling very down on my holiday, but as soon brightened up with Night manager. Will definitely recommend this hotel. The reviews really do let it down but it’s a lot better when you arrive. There’s nothing we can fault about our recent holiday with them. It was all amazing the shame we had to check out.

After reading reviews I was nervous of our 2 night stay. Happily we were pleasantly surprised. OK so there was a fit of a rush at 3 as they wouldn't release the keys til 3 so they made it difficult for themselves. I heard one woman with a list of complaints but most imo was her being picky. Our room was a family room for 5 so huge for 2 of us. The bathroom could have been bigger but was clean and well presented. My friends room had a sea view with poster bed and a jacuzzi. Dinner was very busy but we were seated easily and the food was delicious. Luke on reception was very helpful and chatty. Ian in the diner was amazing. Very helpful and remembered us the 2nd day and that I preferred to eat in the side bar as it was quieter so let me jump queue. It may seem dated to some but to me it's a typical b&b in Blackpool and better than most I've stayed in. I'll be returning.

Our room was lovely and clean. Bit dated and could do with new windows. We didn't eat here, but they do serve breakfast and evening meals. we were out a lot. There is bingo at night the lovely Luke shouting the numbers, doing a great job at the bar, and reception. Down side was we didn't knowwe had to pay £7 per day parking which has to be displayed by 10am each day.
