Room sizes were great, with a great kitchen area. Although they are in serious need of refurbishment. The curtains and blinds are very dirty, the bathroom tiles are stained with mould. Mattress was lovely and comfortable as we love a firm bed. Young man on the desk with tattoos and piercings who drives the shuttle was fantastic, could not fault him at all. Young lady on the desk however was snippy when we asked why the second stay was charged to our card without asking us first, when we had paid in cash beforehand. Leaving us to exchange baht back while over there and put money back into the bank due to their mistake?. Very strange and was not at all apologetic. I'm not sure what the housekeeping staff do in a day, a few days in a row our room was missed which meant we had to ask for toilet rolls and towels often. When we came back to the hotel after island hopping (when they charged our card instead of accepting our cash) we were put in an older, smaller room with peeling wallpaper and a toilet that musnt have been scrubbed in a while as some bacteria was stuck to the back which was horrifying. (I've attached the photo) Makes you wonder how well they must clean things like the kitchen etc. So wash any utensil, plate etc before using in this hotel. Pool was lovely and clean but the fountain was usually off which is a shame. It's in a great location, lots of shops, food and drink places around and easily accessible to the BTS. I wouldn't stay here again just due to the standard of cleaning and age of the furniture.

This is an apparent hotel, the accommodation consists in a bedroom, a kitchen and a seating area. In the hotel’s corridors there was a bad smell. A swimming pool is available but at the time of our visit it was not in a good shape, sunbathing is possible but the area is small and the sun shines on the area not for many hours. The breakfast was just ok, not impressive at all. The staff were nice and polite. (Visited in March 2023)

Rooms are okay, but beds are so hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast is horrible. Staff will try to get any extra money out of you if they can. Early check in across the country was not a problem since it's low season. This was the only hotel that wanted to charge me 1000 baht. The reception asked me about taxi to airport, ended up haggling with me about highway tolls, when it was Father's Day and there were no tolls being charged. There are much better hotels for the same price.

Woke up to the ceiling vent leaking water two mornings in a row. I informed the front desk after the first incident, they told me they'd fix and if it happened again we could discus getting a refund. The next morning it happened again and when I talked to the front desk they refused to compensate me saying I should have switch rooms when in fact they never gave me that option. I understand it's a more budget friendly hotel and I don't mind if the place is a little run down but a leaking ceiling unacceptable. I also noticed water coming out from under the door two rooms down from mine. It was spilling into the hallway and one of the maids was rushing to clean in up. It was clear my room was not the only one with issues. On top of that the WIFI very unreliable just good enough to load web pages and social media half way and then cut out. I'm not one to write reviews (this is actually my first review ever) but the experience and customer service was so bad that I don't other to go through the same thing. I'd strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
