Having stayed at so many hotels, I'm totally surprised how fantastic this hotel is. The room is spacious, well designed, super clean and beautiful. The staff are very helpful and polite. For this price, it just exceed all my expectations. It's pet friendly hotel but all the pets I saw were very well behaved. Most budget hotel sucks but this is a budget hotel yet my hotel room feel luxurious . The bathroom and shower area looks so beautiful with designer accessories. Chairs are comfortable if you work at the computer a lot. There are only two drawbacks. First -the hotel doesn't have a nice front view so you can't tell you have arrived at the hotel until you get to the lobby via the elevator hidden on the side next to the car park. Second - the lack of open view. I see the wall of the next building from my window so it feels claustrophobic without an open view. Other than this, my overall experience has been great. I'm truly impressed with my stay. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bangkok. Such a beautiful room for $40 a night. That's crazy. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Let’s start with what I found to serve the purpose - comfortable bed, clean room with practical layout. Shower and toilet were separated, other fittings in the room were built for optimal space so although the room was tiny it didn’t feel squeezed. This is the reason I would return. Amenities - if you are on business travel and don’t want to show up at your meeting with bad breath, although you won’t find toothpaste and toothbrush in amenities - they can be requested but you probably will need to collect at the lobby. Appliance - it would have been great if functionality of appliance were checked. After the long day it is relaxing to have a choice for TV. Service - it was as expected for business hotel but it did not seem they were equipped with managerial support nor training to render better service. The TV in my room didn’t work and could have been the battery, I was initially told I need to wait until tomorrow. After I mentioned to include the issue in my review, the staff went above and beyond to investigate the problem and offered a new room. Bottom line, I will return when I am not on vacation but simply expect a comfortable bed and clean room to stay for next day’s meeting.

This is a budget hotel. The service needs to be improved. Located near to the Samitivej Hospital, therefore, the hotel is always full of guests. It is perfect for solo or business travellers, not for the family. The rooms are comparatively smaller than the usual. When we entered, there were no slippers, toothbrushes or any other amenities except for complimentary water. So, I had to ask the room service and they provided only slippers and toothbrushes. The choices in breakfast could have been improved. The restaurant closes at 2:00 pm, which is another area that needs to be improved.

Firstly, please be aware that this is The Quartier and not the Quarter. We intended to book the Quarter but ended up booking this place, which we realised when the staff informed us that we didn’t have a booking with them and it’s a common issue faced by travellers. The location isn’t too far from the Quarter but it’s along a crowded narrow street. We entered to a damp and musty smelling lobby which immediately put us off. We were quite concerned about our room at this point too. The check in process was quick. Upon entering the room, we encountered the same smell as the room was aired out and the air conditioning wasn’t switched on. Definite let down at this point. However, with no other option, we decided to switch the ac on full blast for an hour and leave the room to freshen the place up a bit. When we returned the air in the room did feel fresher and over the next days it was a good experience. The room would easily get a 4 stars from me if the management works on the ventilation part of the stay. P.S. We had the best sleep the nights we stayed there. The most comfortable bed ever, felt like we were sleeping on clouds the entire time. Incredible.

A pet friendly hotel that i booked during New Year's eve to stay with my fur baby. Upon check in, it went very quick, took less than 5 mins and room was ready. Staff did not escort or recommend anything. Its more like a self service hotel. Room i booked is quite small, no working desk just 1 chair. Bathroom is spacious with bathtub. Comfy bed but not a sleep well pollow. My dog quite enjoy the night there. They have amenities for pet like bowl and water and pad. Overall with great experience but quite expensive compared to services we had.
