Didn't stay here, only popped in for a warming hot chocolate and a dram as its dog friendly . Sunday its normally very busy, and it was, but staff all excellent and friendly. Lovely sitting outside watching the storm and world go by. Not cheap but very good.

This is a great bar with a great mix of indoor and outdoor space. It's dog friendly and serves a cracking fried breakfast. The staff have always been excellent when I've visited. They also have a great 'library' room for private hire that is a great venue for a small event. I have also stayed over and the rooms were lovely. Comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. I'm a big fan.

What a great place to stay on Burn's night (imagine it's equally good on other nights 😉) Lovely friendly staff, giving a great welcome. Great rooms, very comfortable. Hospitality offering is great. I stayed for business, but will definitely be back for a leisure break. Thank you 🙏🏼
