The location is fine, but the overall experience is unpleasant. Firstly, there are mosquitoes in the room on level 3. Secondly, there is ongoing construction opposite our hotel room. Lastly, there are disruptive drillings and heavy knocking in the morning, making it challenging to rest comfortably during the day for my mother in law who is sick and needed the rest very much.

Location: Nearby a lot of Japanese Food if you prefer local food then will not suit for you. To Sala Daeung station walking duration around 10mins. To Samyan station walking distance 15-20mins. If raining there is no shelter to walk. Outside hotel there is no drop off point. Driver always drop us on opposite and need to cross over the road. Cleanliness : Toilet can see the water stain on the tap and surrounding the sink. Mold surrounding the toilet wall edge. Facilities : Not sure why my room toiletries is incomplete. When I check in my room only got shower cap, no tooth brush and no cotton buds. Luckily I got bring this things myself. 3star hotel should provided the basic toiletries. The room light is very deem. Got one early morning the electricity suddenly stop around 5-10mins which is quite scary. Very old design hotel. Is not tally to Agoda write ‘Newly Renovated’. And they got construction nearby. Their level 3-4 is under renovation. And the room only got 2pillow. If require another pillow will need to pay money. This also my first time paying money for extra pillow. Staying there for 4nights only got 2 bottle of complimentary water. Subsequent need to pay money. If you require bathtub room, you will need to pay for the upgrading fees Overall is I feel not worth for the money. Similar price I stay in 4 star hotel at same area for the better environment. Booked this hotel is because of the location is very convenient. But after staying, it just ‘so so’ only. We going everywhere end up is by grab or tuk tuk.

This is a little super clean hotel within walking distance from the park, BYS, Silom and Surawong. The rooms are very clean and all facilities work well. Staff are friendly and helpful and limited parking is available downstairs. There is also a 7 eleven opposite. Breakfast buffet is okay but better food can be found around the hotel. Rooms are a good deal overall.
