We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Everything, from the stunning views to the delicious food, exceeded my expectations The breakfast had the biggest variety we have ever experienced at a hotel. The staff and service are great. The receptionist and bellman are very welcoming and thoughtful. My family will be coming back next time

While the rooms were decently spacious. We faced quite a few issues that caused inconveniences , and would make us not choose such a hotel again : 1- only 2 bottles of water per day. Nowhere else were they this strict about it and wouldn't give us more if needed 2- The door of the room doesn't shut entirely on its own unless pulled and shut, it remains open otherwise and keeps ringing. Quite an effort which is absolutely unnecessary 3- I asked for 2 cubes of ice and they said it is CHARGEABLE!!! Since when do 2 ice cubes come at a cost in a 4 star??? 4- Location isn't central and in middle of nowhere. 5- The main & WORST PART of this hotel is that the entire floor is centralized. So as per majority guests' demand, the temperature is changed to a heater. I've never seen this system before where you cant customize your own temperature and have to make do with whatever they decide to keep. I've barely slept in heat the entire first night. Then I complained on the 2nd night, and after a while of arguing they did change it to cool temp. But earlier they suggested me to keep the window open and sleep as it was "cold" outside, while it was barely drizzling. I've traveled the world but never seen this system of Central ac or heater before. And they should definitely mention this somewhere at the time of booking.

The hotel is very far from the City Center. We hired a bike but it was 200k dong per day, which is way too expensive compared to a scooter which is the Same Price. The Pool and the Fitness room was nice. The rooms and the Service were good and the bathroom big.

Stayed there for 3 days. We were supposed to only spend 1 night there, however since we really liked the hotel we decided to extend our stay. The staff is really friendly and eager to help, very proactive. I must, however, give a special remark to Chuyen. She works at the front desk and is by far the best and most helpful hotel clerk we have encountered in Vietnam. Every time we went to the reception to get anything sorted she knew exactly what I was about to say and had the solution for it. She really went above and beyond to help us, and for that I am really grateful. If we ever visit Ninh Binh again in the future, we will surely book a room here. I really do recommend.
