The hotel is stunning . Kept its prestigious touch for a very long period . Very tidy clean ..the little architectual details are top notch. And most importantly the staff are very very friendly. Thank you for the great hospitality. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone. Special thanks to Mr Nader from reception area. He was very helpful and thoughtful as my parents were with us. Really appreciate your great help 🙏

A 5 star neat and clean hotel with broken parking lot with no concept to facilitate the guests. I have never seen a hotel who takes no responsibility in helping the guests . Otherwise as usual from inside,lobby is interesting and seafood restaurant is pretty good. But u will find rice and soup in one corner and rest of the buffet on other side ,and u can easily miss as soup and rice table is between guests table. Really weird and crazy idea. Otherwise clean and tasty food.

For my stay during the weekend everything was fantastic, the rooms were always clean and the staff there are very devoted into making your stay the best you will ever experience. The pools are amazing too, one of the juniors which is watched by the lifeguards and the pool below it. Overall, I recommend you stay here at some point if you ever need to take a rest from everything.

I’ve been to Kuwait 5 times since 2018, and everytime I stay in the Regency hotel. The rooms are amazing, the bathroom amenities. It’s like living in a true palace. The staff are so helpful, always smiling and they go out of their way to make you feel atmost comfort. I went there alone, I went there with my family, and though my needs were different it was catered for. Last week I was there and I came with my 3 year old daughter and the crib was ready in my room. We were told about the hours of the kids club immediately while checking in. We even got a free extended checkout until 3:30 PM without pressure. Really the Regency hotel feels like our family home in Kuwait. We shall definitely come back again soon.
