My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. It offers excellent amenities, delicious food, and an opulent atmosphere. You can participate in a variety of entertaining activities, such baking cakes and preparing coffee. Not a bad service was provided. Although it could be slow sometimes, the staff was really polite. Our third day there was in-room dining, and the cuisine was excellent. However, even after we asked for the dishes to be cleaned, they remained unclean even the following day. Our holiday came to an end on the last day when the light outside developed a hole due to heavy rain and began to leak water, flooding the doorside. When we informed the staff, they went right to work fixing it. Because of this, I indicated the service was slow using the word "sometimes." Recommend this hotel if you having a vacation at Indonesia.

Enjoyed my 3D2N stay here so much. My friends and I chose two units of Upper Sea View Suite and they were spacious, clean and luxurious to stay in. Their spa was fabulous too, and it was easily the most relaxing 90min body massage I've had in years. We found the infinity pool by the beach decent for a swim and suntanning session, and we enjoyed the game room and water activities too. Only downside would be the long and bumpy bus ride from the ferry terminal, and their restaurant and BBQ/grill could serve better-tasting dishes at those prices. Either way, I think I'd be back with my partner for a romantic getaway.

My family of 2 adults and 2 kids under 5 stayed there in November. Had the absolute best time, staff were soo hospitable and kind. The resort itself is so beautiful and serene. The kids club allowed us parents a little time off too. Great experience and would recommend

Great staff and wonderful service. Lot of activities to keep the kids and adults busy. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet was a lot. We had fun, and enjoyed the holiday thoroughly. Our favourite place was the pool bar which served delicious food and drinks all day and late evening. Right from ferry pick up to the drop off they took care of everything.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful, and have some many convenient well thought out touches. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room and the private pool is amazing!!! The staff were all super helpful and nice. The views are beautiful. The cocktails at the pool bar were awesome. Transfers from the ferry to the hotel and back were really straight forward. Would absolutely stay again!
