The hotel is so nicely decorated, as are the rooms. Everything is modern, clean and the rooms are really well equipped! The team was nice enough to give me an upgrade, which made my trip even more comfortable and special 🙌 thank you so so much!!

Fantastic location in the middle of the city. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, free drinks offered as a welcome, lovely hand written card on arrival too. Rooms were clean and well fitted out, including a kitchenette which was useful. Discounted parking nearby which was less than 5 min walk away. Also has associated bars/restaurants offering discount.

A perfect stay in Liverpool, from the friendly staff on arrival, excellent location, a good sized clean room with all basic amenities, but some bonus ones also. Fridge, Chromecast, and Nespresso coffee machine all notable and worth mentioning. I would highly recommend this hotel, cannot fault it, and at the time booked, it was also excellent value for money, and for the price, one of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere.
