I’ve stayed here for work three times now and won’t be coming back. It’s very close to my office, which made it worth it to stay here instead of in town. As I’m on an extended trip, I dropped off my laundry to be cleaned. They wouldn’t do it unless I filled out a form, which I had to return to do later that day. After I filled out the form and left it with reception, 24 hours later it wasn’t done. I called reception who couldn’t tell me why it hadn’t been cleaned or even where it was. All they said was they would talk to the morning receptionist. No apology or explanation as to why my laundry hadn’t been cleaned. No assurances it would ever be done. I have no clean clothes for work tomorrow. Hopefully they will be able to figure it out, but it’s clear I need to follow up personally or it will never get done. This is a very standard hotel service and I’ve been completely let down. The rooms are fine if a bit bland. Service at the restaurant is good. Every time I’ve needed to talk to reception there’s only one person working and a line of several people waiting.

Room 203: extremely loud due to the elevator. Opposite the room is the cleaning room. You can't sleep because of the noise. The room was cleaned/towel changed in the late afternoon.... Hotel location is acceptable.

The Rilano has to be one of the worst hotels I've stayed in some time. Stayed here for a business trip and regretted nearly every minute of my stay. Depressing and dated is how I'd summarize it. The room was the size of a shoebox, dingy and dark. The carpets dated, brown and dirty. There's almost no natural light and barely any lights in the room. The shower is tiny with almost no room to turn. I went to the front desk asking for another room with no luck. Had it not been 8pm and having traveled 10 hours, I would have switched to the Westin or Sheraton. Just an awful experience and I will NEVER stay here again.

The room has no chair, no kettle, and lights over the main area, and most of all - no air. Even with an open window I had trouble sleeping from the heat and noises from the street. Also what sort of a hotel doesn't have at least a kettle with some tea. The Internet connection is unsecured which can create issues for users with specific settings. Only one employee at the reception most of the time. World's most uncomfortable mattress, my back was in the worst pain ever for three days. I will not go back there. **Edit I'm not sure why you need to renovate to add a kettle or a chair in the room but this isn't promising. Giving your guests a network password by a QR code is not "unsimple"
