It's nice from the outside but it's terrible inside. Cockroaches come out of the bathroom. The bed springs are gone and it stings your back. The office staff is rude and doesn't speak English. When there is a problem, there is no solution. They just show up, say "hmm" and leave. There are more beautiful places around. both personally and at home.

Rooms are really beautiful and clean. The area is super nice and the infinity pool is amazing. Loved our stay and definitely would come back.

STAY AWAY! I have had a terrible experience and hope no one has to deal with the the same . Terrible security , disrespectful and unhelpful. Don’t lose a key , they don’t care ! Juristic does not care about the resident. Riviera as a company changes rules and regulations as well as changes the lease agreements without contacting the resident I have had alternative , competing building condos (edge and base) . Top rating builders … i will be going back personally This is the worst I had to call Thai authorities and they made it obvious this is a business they can not help me at Good luck if you stay here
