Has no respect for the surrounding houses. It's a Church, not a night club! You don't have to have the volume at the highest for God to hear your prayers, God can hear your prayers from a whisper. Have some consideration and turn down the volume and noises down for the residence. When this was a Synagogue before there was no problem with noise level even when they had parties, since they sold the place and Built on the Rock took over they have nothing but been full of noise!
