Clean rooms, toilet and shower. Reasonable pricing and good access from the airport!

I'd never stayed in a hostel before with the kids so we were all a bit nervous about what to expect. The building was easy to find and just a five minute walk from Hiekkaharju train station. It looks a bit strange from the outside and the elevator had an unusual smell, but once you enter 20rooms,it is another world. There is a button that directly calls for a taxi, kitchen stocked with everything you need, clean bathrooms and toilets, and decent sized rooms. We'll be using this again for future early morning flights from Helsinki Airport.

Well, it’s 1.00am and hopefully i will sleep. Now the snoring machine next room coupled with paper thin walls are telling me otherwise. I would not hear him better if we were in the same room… Place looks nice, cheap and convenient but i should have prepared ear buds. And so should you. Edit: make sure you put a cup on the vending coffee machine (those that usually drop the cups automatically) or it's 2€ down the drain.

I think it is one of the cheapest place in Vantaa/Helsinki, there are 20 rooms in a floor which is placed in the top of the building. The hotel at the second floor, and in the first floor there is a kindergarten, so be careful not to go the first floor, and try not to scare children :D. There is no secretary, or assistant to help you, but when you mail them they return immedieatly. They give your room, and its password via your e-mail. 10minutes to Helsinki Airport, and 15 minutes to Helsinki Centre. And if you want a go to Vantaa's centre it is 15 minutes by walking, in there you can find a shopping centre, bus, and train station. It is 3-4 minutes by walking to the train station called 'Hiekkaharju'. This is the also station yolu have to stop if you are coming from Helsinki Airport.
