I booked and let my family lodged in this place in 2019 for a short stay, and was taken care well and with good service and welcome. My parents and siblings liked it that time. However, when I decided to return for another stay this round in 2022, it's turned not so welcome. It's now with unfriendly front desk staffs. Even though it's classified itself as a serviced apartment, don't expect much. They even count occupants for the stay. 2 person for the standard price, but you'll need to add another 300 Baht for 3rd person or so, and mind you that they won't provide extra bed. It doesn't look like an apartment rate anymore in that case. Apartment should allow flexible number of occupants. Otherwise the property should just declare themselves as a hotel instead. Believe there's something to do with their tax payment. Apart-Hotel is just too vague. I'm quite disappointed during checkout, where their staffs were quite rude, speaking without proper ending tail. Receipt wasn't provided just because I didn't ask for it during check-in. How do I know they'll not issue receipt at the first place? They should at least inform during check-in that a special request is needed for a payment receipt. Simple as that, and please don't be irritated when customer just ask for a receipt. Property management and owner really need to review their hospitality if they care to get more customers, never forget returning customers. I initially have planned to return to stay in this property regularly, but with latest experience then I have decided to not return to this lodging anymore. 👎

Im very disappointed about this hotel. The check- in process was laborious carried out by incompetent staff. The biggest drawback is the wifi: there is not in there lobby and, concerning their bedrooms, only one device can be connected to it. Icing on the cake: it is very spotty: This is disconcerting. It is really unfortunate because the bedroom itself is quite spacious, comfy and accommodating. I won’t come back to this hotel.

Room was nice enough but the entire experience was lackluster, From the check in process, obtaining the wifi, to even getting our deposit back, everything was a hassle. My biggest complaint was that only one device could use the wifi at a time, I work remotely so you imagine how obnoxious this was for my wife and I. All in all would not recommend.
