Both young Male and Female Receptionists were the greatest asset for the Hotel. They are always so sweet and smiling all the times. Quick in responding to my requests. Fantastic Customer Service!! Room is clean and cozy with standard comfortable size. I love the nice glass window with the little balcony. Location is fantastic with lots of restaurants around. Tavern bar is just a stone throw away! Could the Management looks at providing bigger coffee cups as the current one is a little small. I stayed on 17/3 and had a wonderful memorable experience. Will definitely recommend to others. Shall return again. Thank You. Lim from Singapore.

BEWARE! Went to stay here for a few nights and tried to us for over $200,000 AUD then without permission used card details to try and make online transactions. Our bank had to shut down and replace our card causing a massive issue for the rest of our trip

Although the hotel is small, it is clean and there are no bugs or ants, which is nice. If there is an inconvenience, the staff actively resolves it. thanked. It's a suite, so the room is big, but the view is great. This is a view of the building. I think it would be a good idea to choose another room or a city view. There are several outdoor units on the wall. It's noisy late at night. It's not on the road so it's not noisy It was noisy because of the outdoor unit. Every time the bed moves My back hurts when I sleep with a noise. The staff were friendly so I stayed a few more days. I think if the inconveniences are improved, it will become a good hotel.
