I was once a regular guest to your property but since this time was the worst. After I stood on Q for almost 30 minutes to check in, I was asked to leave a security deposit when I told the front desk agent that I don't carry cash or credit card when he refused to check me in as instructed by management!! I had to leave my Emirates ID with them for the overnight since I didn't leave deposit while there was NO MINI BAR in the room. The bed was making noise the whole night. I had to call IRD 4 times so they can pickup and take my order. No hot water to take a shower. Breakfast was below average. Last time unfortunately!

I stayed for 45 days in Dubai, and I changed a hotel almost every week. I can say that this hotel, by far, was the best among all. Quite neighbourhoods, easy to access area. There is a small mall across the street where you can find almost everything you might need. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Rooms are super clean and well maintained, and services are excellent. You get free WiFi with excellent speed, free parking, and complimentary hot drinks. Furniture is almost new and well maintained, rooms are well sound isolated, and bed sheets are replaced daily with clean, fresh sheets. Value for money? It is more than satisfying. I will consider this hotel for all my upcoming visits; and I hope they maintain this excellent level of service and maintenance.

I booked in this hotel many times and every time I wasn't disappointed. I had a great service every single time. Everyone extremely kind, so much that you feel like they're your family at the end of your trip here in Dubai. The breakfast was totally worth it. This time I came with a group of person (all my family) and they all thought the same thing as me about the place. Thank you to Yahia for everything and to all of the staff, I will come back everytime here, you won my heart ! - Hakim and his family 🩷

3 Star hotel at best. A long way away from the attractions of Dubai. I really thought I did my homework on this one. I read the reviews, not sure if I got a bad room and service or what happened but this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I stayed 9 nights and was ready to leave after 2. The room was old and bathroom mouldy and small. At least 30 minutes to go to the city, marina or the palm, I spent a small fortune in Taxi's and Ubers just getting out of the area. I could also hear people next to us and above us and their TV. I would not recommend this hotel unless it is a 1 night in and out visit
