Room is a hit cozy but excellent for Roman standards. Newly renovated and in excellent condition with a lovely courtyard outside. Location is slightly out of the center which I liked a lot, nestled in a lovely residential suburb. The closet was perfect for one traveler and as I was solo it worked. However there would not be enough closet space for two people in my opinion. A great place to stay and explore Rome.

We were one of the first guests when the hotel opened. The hotel was completely renovated so everything was new and clean. The hotel staff, especially the manager Luca and Michelle gave us great care and support. Upon arrival, it turned out that there is a problem with our reservation because in the meantime the owner changed but this problem was caused by the fault of our holiday provider. Luca and Michelle took care of us, for which we are very grateful to them. The hotel is located close to the center and not far from the main attractions of Rome. If we visit Rome again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Place just opened and everything is new. The staff is great, speak a little bit of French, Spanish and correct English. They are very welcoming. It's located close to the city center and the Coliseum, perfect for a first time in Rome, quiet place and they have good plans for the future improvement). Rooms are clean, neat and VERY comfortable, we slept well. The breakfast is a little bit expensive (30e for 2pp is a bit much) Definitely a place I'd recommand and like to go again next time I'm going to Rome.

Room was small. No wardrobe inside. Just a stick to place your clothes. Bad is not wide enough for two people. It is next to church. It is silent except praying times in church. Bath is wide enough but there is no water drain except shower area and water sprays out and stucks there. Water may also leak to room. No protection for that. Wifi is good. Breakfast was very weak. They ask you what you eat, you say and they bring you a tray table. It is not open buffet. If you don't eat pork there is no option for you in breakfast. Garden was nice. But all garden furniture was new and packed. They did not prepare them for usage. Location is good. Circo Massimo Metro station is just 5 min by walking.
