Booked our trip through Costco and was very impressed! The hotel itself has a great location and easy walking to multiple places. The staff was great, upbeat and very helpful when needed. The room was larger than expected and they even upgraded us when they saw it was my birthday. The room was a little stuffy but nothing else to complain about. Definitely would stay here again.

For the price, this is a terrific Manhattan (Murray Hill) location. Room was spacious and relatively quiet (it is NYC after all). Staff was always helpful and upbeat. Note that they do charge an extra fee on top of the room rate when budgeting - it includes internet, 2 snacks per day and dry cleaning allowance. Will definitely stay here again.
