Beautiful clean place. Quite and very relaxing. The Owner (David) is very attentive and went out of his way to recommend and booked some activities for us. Praises for the chef for the spread of delicious freshly prepared breakfast.

If you are looking for a home away from home kind of accommodation then the Shrub lodge is the place for you. It's a very small but amazing lodge for friends and families. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, bathroom comes with a bath tub and a shower. Pretty basic but great. The service and food is top notch but the catch for me is the service. The owners/team are right on ground to assist you and make you feel at home. Personally, I will stay here again for the special care and attention. Overall I will recommend.

Small room limited internet only access to one device per room at a time tours booked through tour desk very nice but extremely high compared with prices paid in 3 other countries in Africa staff was kind room clean

This was my first time in Vic falls and I loved the accommodation. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable. The staff, the staff are the reason why everything moved so smoothly for us! They were so helpful, very kind and always available. They accommodated us to the very last day! However the Wi-Fi was sometimes an issue, but the host was very helpful and explained to us what the issue, which we truly appreciated. I find myself coming back to The Shrub lodge with my family. I truly loved it
