Nice hotel with style. Breakfasts are ok. Not enough sunbeds for the customers, I’d recommend to put some more on the terrace. Rooms are tiny, literally nowhere to dry the swimsuits. No soundproofing. Very dark in the bathrooms.

My wife has already made this comment, I am therefore reiterating the review as the service was truly shocking. “The hotel had no hot water, it kept going cold. Weak water pressure. No wifi in the rooms, they couldn’t fix either of the issues. We paid an extortionate $167 US dollars for this room. Only to get no basics. This was a horrible start to the new years and when we asked for a refund they offered 10% and after 20 minutes of discussion they offered 17%. This was not really acceptable as both water and WiFi were issues. I wouldn’t stay here again. I don’t recommend either. There are far better hotels in the area for less money too”

My partner and I stayed here over the new years period and we had an amazing experience. The room was lovely and suited us perfectly. The staff were always easy to talk to and so welcoming through out the entire stay. Also the morning security Mhom was the nicest person i have ever had the pleasure of meeting, always recommending places to go and how to get there and just a great person to have a conversation with. If you are needing a place to stay when visiting Koh Samui i highly recommend the stay as i will definitely be visiting again.
