Overal, it was OK. The staff were so friendly and helpful. However, I wasn't totally satisfied with our room. The bed sheets had some dust on it and it was annoying but as soon as i requested the home service changed the sheets. Another thing I didn't like was the room lightning. There were no windows bringing light into the room and only a veryyyy small window. And the room light was just acceptable for night but not for morning or for work or studying. The air conditioning was not working properly and it did not smell good (I mean it smelled kinda bad) Breakfast was really good and I enjoyed it. And the reception staff were really nice.

The hotel is placed in noisy street but it's located near osmanbey metro so it has very good access to other district. It is small hotel. Unfortunately my room isn't clean, the shelf and side table are not clean. Also under bed is really dirty. Staff are okay. Breakfasr is very limited and we have not many choice.

We went there during xmass after being grossed out by a hotel nearby called the downtown beijing hotel - which is dirty and smells horrible - Tango hotel saved my holidays with a very correct room, an affordable cost, a polite and nice staff and a beautiful cat called "Zhaitan" or something like that. Breakfast could improve a lot, other than that a lovely experience.

I am staying in here for 3 days, one has passed. Up to now everything has been good. Room service and cleanliness did not satisfy me, but on my previous experience of istanbul you should not expect more from a 3 star hotel. For example the mini bar is empty, just two bottles of water😛and the towels were not vacuumed , although I reserved a single bed room but they give me a twin bed and one single 🤣🤣 It was fantastic, because I had lots of place to be alone 😁 The staff are nice with somehow english speaking level that is a diamond in istanbul, In future I will select this hotel too because of the location.
