The waitress at the tea garden was incredibly friendly, explained everything to us and gave us an incredible table with a stunning view. The food was divine. It's pricey but worth it for the experience.

Staying at this Hotel was an absolute delight and a truly luxurious experience. The location couldn't have been better, offering easy access to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The hotel's design exudes elegance and sophistication and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The room was modern, equipped with an iPad based in-room solution and featured plush bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The managers and staff's friendly and hospitable demeanor made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

Pros of living in the Torch Tower; - everything is clean and beautiful. The tower is a work of art outside and inside. - you can control, lighting, curtains tv and other things through an IPad - prompt room service - usually you get seen within 10 minutes - direct connection to Villagio mall - the spa was great and they have fantastic packages - the breakfast at the flying carpet was yummy. - all staff constantly smiling - concierge and bell desk staff were super competent and helpful with luggage, organising taxi etc… - did not charge for a late checkout - fantastic view from the outside swimming pool - they have three romantic setup options - I asked for a bit of modification and they did it. The end result was better than we’d imagined. - spacious bathroom with a lot of items in the bathroom and bedroom. The main bedroom is spacious too. Bad points - we started to miss the place after checking out. - the Torch is around 25-35 mins away from some main attractions but it’s still an amazing place. Special mention to Samba who helped us numerous times. We would visit the torch again. 5/5

Very nice place. Location is great, right next to Villagio mall and Aspire park. Walking distance, except very warm days. Reception was sparsely manned during my stay, there was always a line and things went slow. They misplaced the laundry for a friend. Rooms are good, but not enough power sockets/outlets close to the beds. Water pressure in the shower is not impressive.
