The views are exactly as you see in the photos, gorgeous! Especially at golden hour or sunset. You truly get your money's worth with these views. The interior design and styling of the condo is very modern/hip. There's plenty of space and great lighting. The common area shower was amazing with a white rock walkway leading to the rainfall shower head and skylight. We did notice that the unit's maintenance was below our expectations for the aesthetic and rate. We noticed chipped paint (4" wide tears) on the walls, water stains in the ceiling, drainage stains on the white walls in the shower, and some uncleaned surfaces. Two beds had stained linens. It appears as if the unit was not deep-cleaned thoroughly. Also be aware that the beautiful views are made possible by very steep inclines leading up the hillside to the property and further up to the units. Some taxi drivers will not be able to drive up the include. Fortunately for us, our drivers were had the right skills and vehicles to make the climb. Our check-in staff were very gracious and attentive. The housekeeping staff were sharp and dismissive. The markets at the base of the hill were fantastic. We shopped every day for cook at the condo if we didn't eat at restaurants along Kata Beach.

My friends were staying here and I came by for a visit. The slope is extremely steep if you have mobility difficulties or a bad knee like me. It took a long time for delivery to cancel due the location according to a couple of food delivery places who refused to go up there. Otherwise the sunset views are phenonenal but you'll have to load up on the takeaway from the stalls on beach level. The pools are fantastic too.

Pros: unobstructed view of Andaman sea and sunset. Staff is super friendly (reception closed at nights) Cons: steep incline is barely walkable. Shuttle avail only 3x/ day going one way. Don't stay here unless you like summiting to your room. Taxis n touring vans hv trouble going up the hill. Beware you hv to pay for electricity usage Walking to Kata beach takes a good 30min . Only 1 set of keys avail for our party of 6 It d be better to stay closer to Kata beach.

Wonderful stay and we were amazed by the views to the beach. Staff were Wonderful and informative and arranged a late check-in. The accommodation was nice a roomy with 3 bedrooms, 3 showers, big kitchen, and if course big sliding doors which open out to your private lovely pool. Lots of mosquitoes this time of year so bug spray is needed. Maybe even some of those citronella candles too. The beds were very comfortable and cleaners stocked up the water, toiletries, and towels. I have to mention that hill leading up to the property, it's a killer. Heart attack Hill I call it. We hire a motorbike to get from place to place, including up and down that hill. They do have a shuttle, but its 3 times a day and we always mistimed it. One downside was the electricity which is separate from you room cost. 5 days cost us $3400bht or aud$170. We were being careful to switch stuff off when not needed and only use aircons for short periods. Some what of a rip-off really. This was the only real gripe. Otherwise we loved our stay
