Very good hotel, deserve its good ranking. Connecting room for family is perfect. With the 3 kids they can add one extra bed in the room. They help us arrange driver for some of our day trip to explore the region : convenient and they help you pay the right price. The beach is 3 min walk, with a lot of restaurant options within 10 min walk : very convenient with young kids too. You are 10 min by Grab away from the old town but you can enjoy a much more quiet environment (less motorbike, no aggressive vendors,…) Great breakfast included, to pre-order the day before from a menu. We would come back here if we were to visit again

Fantastic place. We loved it for our family (we had 2 connecting rooms, they added an extra single bed for our 3d daughter). Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly, great pool and breakfast. Beach and family friendly, family-run restaurants very nearby.

We are here 5 days and loving it. Perfect quiet location down a quiet lane, 1-2 min east walk to the beach. Beach is clean and gorgeous and you can use sun loungers with umbrellas which you will need as it’s super hot! The hotel Is spacious and modern- only 7 rooms I think. Nice healthy breakfast, great staff and opposite a great cafe and spa. I don’t have any negative feedback at all! I will be back with a friend who is in her 70s and needs flat ground and easy access to the beach due to health issues. This is a perfect hotel and location for her. It’s a 10/10 from me!

The Watermark is a villa with just 9 very smart, comfortable, spacious rooms. I stayed twice in summer 2022 and 2 more times in summer 2023. Tania and Han run the place and both are super nice and helpful. There is a really nice breakfast with western and local food options. The beach is about 150 meters away. This part of An Bang beach has many small homes and a few hotels on small easily walked sandy or concrete paths. This is a heavenly place to be and it is priced competitively. Peaceful, easy days by a beautiful beach. I will be back in 2024. Enjoy.

We stumbled upon the Watermark and feel so lucky that we did! The team is extremely attentive and kind. The rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is made to order, varied menu and delicious. Relaxing pool and main area. The Watermark is a very special place and we would love to come back to visit one day. Best place we stayed in Vietnam!
