Highly recommended. I had a fantastic stay, staff speak fluent English, very friendly and helpful. I love the Starbucks located on the first floor of this hotel. I stayed at the club wing of the hotel, 31 floors, which has a fantastic city view. Room is spacious, luxurious, and all-around amenities.

This is the third time that I have stayed in this hotel in Beijing, to my greatest satisfaction. The location is ideal for my needs. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfasts are just excellent. The service is impeccable. The Club is a very practical and friendly place. In short, I don't hesitate for a second, when I go to Beijing it's this hotel!

The room was good, but my experience was horrible. I stayed here for 2 nights by redeeming my points but the hotel took the deposit and charged me for two nights anyway. I called the hotel after I noticed the charge on my credit card and was told I’ll get my money back but it’ll take at least two weeks. More than 2 weeks has passed and I still haven’t received the refund. I have started a dispute with my credit card company.

I have been staying almost each month several days per week in the last 2 years (2021/2022). Hotel and Service deteriorating constantly. It’s a shame for Marriott and a shame for the Westin brand. Unfriendly and over-bureaucratic staff, breakfast area making you sad and disgusted (don’t look too much into the preparation/kitchen area), each morning. Rooms where either the blinds get stuck, 4 out of 5 light buttons don’t work anymore, laundry that comes back smelling, curtains that look like they have been washed 10 years ago the last time, utterly tasteless sculptures in the lobby „welcoming“ you each morning and evening … I could continue this list forever. This week marks the last time I will stay in this run-down building. Having stayed in multiple hotels of the Marriott Group in the last 10 years, I honestly hope Marriott will close, renovate or sell this hotel asap.
