A wonderful and pleasant experience. Food was excellent downstairs at the buffet. Service was amazing, to the extent, where I had some melatonin capsules out and they left me a water and cup neatly placed on the bed stand.(I appreciated that detail.)Would stay here again.

The room we stayed this time wasn’t as comfortable as the room we stayed last time, but the service of all the staff who are very courteous and professional was excellent as always!! During this stay, I’d like to acknowledge Susan Lee and Stella Moon at reception desk of 20th floor lounge for their wonderful assistance for our request that made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable! Their sincere and kind approach to help our situation really impressed us very pleasantly. We appreciate greatly for professionally kind and pleasant assistance of your team of staff!

The property has been in Seoul for quite some years. The rooms and amenities are indeed dated. The foyer, entrance and check in area is maintained very well despite the age. Surprisingly the hospitality level is quite good and even with a smile! Lots of bars and restaurants in house, oh the location is superb! Next to Lotte and loads of coffee places.

As a platinum elite member. I booked junior suite for my brother and mother staying in Seoul for cancer treatment. Day before their arrival from Los Angeles, I confirmed with hotel thru chat to add my brother and mothers name for easy check in. When they arrived, reservation was cancelled under my name as well as payment. Not sure what happened. They will check out today after first treatment and go to Four Seasons nearby. Not impressed. Reservation number:71619460....
