Hotel is everything plus some! They had a few things wrong, but they were very helpful and worked everything out to perfection. VALET PARKING IS PRETTY PRICEY BUT IT'S CONVENIENT. they are by pretty much everything. They have refreshments throughout the day! The pool is inside great for all weather. Views are amazing from all floors. Great experience overall. I will book again in the future.

To say I am disappointed in the Westin would be putting it mildly. My colleagues and I booked our stay months in advance so that we could attend a conference nearby. We had a late afternoon flight into Atlanta and arrived at the hotel around 9 pm. Imagine our surprise when we were told that our rooms were not ready! Specifically, they said that housekeeping was running behind and they had no estimated time frame for when our rooms would be ready. Our rooms were not ready until close to 11pm. While waiting, I noticed several Elite members come get rooms with no problems. However, us “regular” folks had to wait. The woman at the counter was not even apologetic about the inconvenience. I heard one representative offering points and other incentives to one woman but nothing was offered to my colleagues and I for our troubles. I called the front desk to request a late check out and was given a hard time about that. Customer service is everything, and overall, the customer service at the Westin was horrible!

This is an embarrassment to the “Westin”brand. They might as well tear this whole building down! It’s disgusting! It was 9pm and the room still wasn’t ready. Waited an hour to get checked in. Rooms are small! They stink really really bad smells like somebody with sweaty musty balls that tried to cover the smell up with cologne. Showers were disgustingly dirty and super small. They replaced the shower sliding glass door with a shower rod and dirty shower curtain. Left the framing for the glass door installed. Soap scum in the corners of the shower in the bottom. Tile black in some spots. Pretty bad when you take a shower and still feel dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE! I promise you’ll thank me later! This place is not worth it! You’re better off staying at a Quality inn or even a Days Inn.

The staff was fantastic and that’s why this is even getting 3 stars. The view from the room also amazing. The actual rooms are fairly small. The bathroom was pretty gross and there were black stains on the pillow cases when we arrived. You could also hear the elevator in the room so we ended up sleeping with a sound machine on. Not ideal for the price we paid.

The hotel is really run down. My room was covered in dust to the point it looked like it had never been cleaned. Insulation coming out between the window and the wall, chair in the room was stained and ripped. I honestly was concerned about my dog sleeping on the floor because the carpet is so filthy. The elevator noise goes all night long no matter what room you have and is very loud. I did not sleep the entire night and then, despite there being hundreds of reviews about the noise, the hotel staff pretends they have no idea what I’m talking about. In the lobby the noise is so loud it competes with the music. The valet coast 60 dollars which is absurd for one night. The people who work here seem nice and I know most of the issues aren’t their fault. One plus…the view is good. I could never recommend anyone staying here. It’s filthy, loud and possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d rather be at any roadside motel.
