Stayed here for a friend's wedding and although the hotel is a little dated and rough around the edges, the hotel is well-located near to the Bali Collection, Beaches, Uluwatu and Beach Clubs etc. Rooms and facilities are comfortable, clean, well-maintained and perfect for a short stay. I liked the small touches like pillow scent provided, bath salts and other amenities. Breakfast spread was vast and well-catered. Pool and beach areas are very nice also with several F&B concepts dotted around. Staff were warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They definitely helped make our stay even more enjoyable so thank you to the entire team, from front desk and concierge to housekeeping. Overall, good value, great location and I would come back to stay again.

The hotel may be old but it is working on it to renovate places around. The breakfast is still as fantastic and delicious. Open at a very long time with continuous topping up food. Room is not that fantastic now, and the cleanliness is much more way to go. Still great over all and would return again. However, there are mosquitoes in the room, beach, everywhere. It does irritates me so much! You must get very wrong repellent.

We stayed in Westin during Christmas last year; it was incredibly thoughtful as the team prepared very well for guests and children during the festive season. My son particularly enjoyed it very much. However, the room probably needed some upgrade, in terms of design. Overall, we will surely visit again if we plan for Nusa Dua.
