Over the years we’ve stayed at lots of Westin hotels. Some are better than others. This was a good one. Beautiful location with an amazing view. Upon arrival, the traffic in front of the building was a little crazy due to the holiday crowd. Valet parking is expensive but self parking is also an option. Our check in was flawless and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious And the Heavenly bedding didn’t disappoint. We’ll definitely be returning whenever we’re back in the area.

Just a short drive from Andrews AFB. My flight arrived in the evening. I was able to a shuttle directly to the hotel. There are plenty of nice restaurants located within walking distance and shopping as well. By the time I got cleaned up, it was already past 9:00 PM. Most places were going to close at 10. So I decided to go to the bar/lounge on the lobby floor level. I was happy to be informed that the Westin kitchen was still open. I ordered a pint of Guinness, a appetizer of beer battered onion rings and a prime rib steak followed up by a chocolate cake for dessert. A great experience overall. My room was clean and as always I do like the rain shower head attachment in the shower. The bed was soft and very comfortable. The big pillows were heavenly. A pleasant stay. Also Starbucks is located on the corner.

Clean, comfortable and an easy walk to all restaurants/shops within the National Harbor. As expected in the DC area, parking expenses are to be considered. We had a great view of the harbor (wknd fireworks).

Great location and it had one of the best views. Very friendly staff. They are very accommodating and make sure to provide you what you need to make you comfortable for your stay. It's worth it to valet your car as the parking is not as easy in that area. Their restaurant and the food is one of the best and very comfortable with very nice views. Enjoy while you can.

“Next time, Google it.” This was the response I received upon check-in at this Westin hotel. I asked a question if there was a local shuttle (which is actually at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center a short walk next door). I can honestly say this was the worst customer experience I have ever had at a Westin hotel. The staff couldn’t be bothered for questions or simple requests. Bottom line: The location is outdated, has poor customer service, and engages in price gouging $$$$. Valet parking is $49/ night before taxes. Do yourself a favor and stay at a different hotel. I’ll follow the advice of “Next time, Google it.” by choosing not to stay here.
