The worst experience in Istanbul Evaluation in brief Receptionist: 0/10 Breakfast: 9/10 Rooms official: 1/10 Location: 8/10 Good but far from the beach Room area 9/10 Appearance 6/10. There is a better view for the same price Cleanliness 5/10 I will tell you the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel with complete credibility based on experience At first we were received by a racist and immoral employee. He spoke as if I were a refugee and did not respect me. He showed me a room. I told him, “Can I pay online because I don’t have a card currently?” He said no objection. When I paid through the Agoda application, he gave me a key to a bad room that did not suit my needs, and I asked him for a room with two beds. After a period of debate, he changed the room for me to a medium to poorly clean room. There was a lot of dust and the floor was sticky in some places. After that, the refrigerator was not working and I did not pay attention (because I was in a 4-star hotel). After the food spoiled, I asked him to repair the refrigerator or change the room. He refused and told me, “Give me the things and put them in the hotel’s restaurant, and when you need them, come and take them”!!!!! Is this style? As for breakfast, it was good and delicious, the rooms were beautiful and of a good size, and the breakfast staff were friendly, but the receptionist who was present at noon was the worst employee I had ever met in my life. The housekeeper was bad in dealing with it. Also, the location is excellent and close to the Taksim area The room's ventilation is excellent, as is the bathroom's The hotel is noisy and there is no insulation

Dirty floors and corners in the room. Very noisy outside, difficult to sleep at night. Slow and unstable internet. No hot water in the bathroom sink, only in the shower. They promised to fix it, but did nothing. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff is friendly.

It was the best hotel he had been to go, the facilities were excellent, the rooms were completely professional and the secretary was polite and beautiful, one of the best hotels in Istanbul, The White Orient Hotel❤️🇹🇷

Positives! Rooms are air conditioned and clean. They don't smell damp like they do in rest of Istanbul. Bathrooms are really good and spacious! The owner offered to drop us back to airport in his private car at the end of our check out for free. Owner is very good. People at reception are really kind. Negatives! 4 minute extreme uphill climb. Breakfast lacks variety and often the same foods are repeated for 2,3 days before they are replaced. The cleaner wakes up the guest to clean the rooms as early as 8 am in the morning which is very annoying. Won't get a taxi here in this area.

We stayed here in August for about a Week. The staff were friendly and polite and I felt completely safe there. The location was also great. It was pretty close to a bus station and Taksim square. But you should walk about 3-4 mins in a upward slope to reach bus station. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and staff cleans the rooms every day. WiFi was good. I would recommend this place if you don’t have a problem with slope road.
