Hi good day.. We’re from chonburi . This is our very first time to travel so far . We are very amazed by the place and the accommodation you provided us. The Pool and the room is very nice and comfortable to sleep with. Front office Department ( Lobby ) and the assistant who sent us yesterday is very accommodating. Thank you TEAM .. thank you

When I book this hotel I expected a very nice and spacious pool villa like they show in the pictures on google/social media and booking websites. It was absolutely the OPPOSITE of what we saw online. The place is so small considering the money they take from us, not only that the place is so DIRTY the swimming pool is so DISGUSTING I don’t even dare to go near it bugs and such are crawling everywhere and the waterfall thing on the pool is so RUSTY and GROSS! And when my dad was showering the SHOWER HEAD FELL ON HIM! The villa also smells so so so bad! This place is my worst nightmare. I do not even wish for my biggest enemy to stay here! MINUS STARS FOR THIS HOTEL! Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Too disgusting, view isn’t that nice, pictures on internet all fake!!!!! Do not stay here!

The worst pool villa ever, 1. the place is quite good atmosphere 2. the room that I stayed too old, everything is almost broken 3. I cant use hot shower 4. The hanger in the shower room broken 5. swimming pool lander broken 6. The light in the room always flicker 7. this pool villa isn't safety at all, the electric control fire that make everything in our room is shutdown This is my first time to stayed in this place and it will be the last time that I visit here forever. P.S. the manager of this place try to help us by using fan and air condition(Old side) while fixing the problem. P.S.2 we got discount only little % calculate from following =(time we didn't use any facility/time we stayed)x100 and we didn't get any thing else just only this offer. finally, good bye never ever came back again
