Very over priced for nothing. dirty small rooms with dirty bedsheets. no hair dryer. receptionists need to learn how to smile and answer questions to strangers. we came travelling and first met their dull faces. no slipping side on the stairs to elevators. stupid bathroom design. curtains doesnot cover the whole window well. thank god i stayed one night only.

Room 116 Not the best but not the worst, okok lah. 1 queen size & 1 single Small bedroom with spacious bathroom. Hot/cold shower good. Towel hot small black stain. Beds are bouncy. Hairdryer can request but depo rm50 at the reception. Iron at the laundry room, have to iron there. Inconvenient. AC no problem. Drinking water hot cold can get near the elevator. Cloth hanging position is in their strangest spot.

Avoid at all cost! I can bear that room is small or dirty or receptionists are not friendly because it’s just a night stay only for me. But my main concern is the safety because the receptionist asked for IC and just use handphone to snap a pic of your IC. They can do anything with your IC. Room is very small, shower is not strong, air cond is leaking water and there is dust and hair in the room. Please make sure the staffs are well-trained and better system to capture private information of the guests and not just use handphone to snap the pic of the IC or passport.

The youniQ Hotel have a very unique name, beside of that this hotel have nothing special. A very normal shop lot hotel, suitable for those want to save budgets and just want to have good sleep before continuing their journey on the next day, this hotel will be your good choice. Due to the budget convincing, please dont put too hight expectations... Sure you will definitely love the hotel.

I stayed overnight at this hotel, opting for the Female Shared Dormitory. The room felt somewhat humid and dim, and the AC wasn't very effective in cooling the space. Despite being a shared dormitory, I was the only one there at the time, which felt quite unsettling due to the isolated location of the dormitory building, seemingly separate from other room types and inaccessible to the reception area. Based on my experience, the female receptionist was friendly, while the male staff members appeared indifferent. Additionally, the hotel isn't particularly close to KLIA airport, necessitating an airport transfer or Grab ride to reach the hotel or the airport.
