Paid a total of 338rm for 3 days as we have a race for MSF round 3 at sepang international circuit, room was not cleaned even once for all the 3 days stay there, water heater seem to not working, worst is even the cheaper hotels do provide toothbrushes and toothpaste but not this hotel, when I called they said they're not provided, wth!? The front desk, Indian foreigner working was so unprofessional, told us, room extension is 100rm, and then after we left he called us and said we need to pay another 10rmty for tourism fee. Agoda mentioned there's balcony for the deluxe room, when we checked in there's no balcony, when asked, they said the window is actually the balcony! Lol? Will not book this hotel again if I ever have any event at sepang again. Will choose a cheaper but better one at orange klia hotel.

The room space are decent. Price is quite reasonable. But can improve on cleanliness. The floor is dusty when I check in and need to ask for new towel as the one given in the room is dirty(?) and old.

we book this hotel coz other hotels are full....the price is ok for 3 adult ....room and service is good ..but difficult to find food u have to walk ...and the area quite dark at night...need other people to accompany ...we just order grab food ...settle ..grab price is good teksi can deal with the hotel staff ..superb arrangement we book 6.15 am ..the van is already waiting...

The most horrible hotel I’ve encountered. Booked the hotel to attend GVF, hiked up the price to almost RM150 per night. Looked good in the pictures but don’t fall for it. Thin walls that you can hear baby crying all night. Got up from my sleep because there were water droplets on my face. Ceiling was leaking and the leak stain has been there for a long time. It wasn’t a new leak. Half of the room was wet. Room was dirty. Found a random peanut. Not to mention the scent of incense stick not just in the lobby but in the room too. Demanded for refund but to no avail. Had to leave the hotel and spend more money in air bnb instead at a much cheaper price and way more comfortable . Just don’t go here.
